Who you are
* Our Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to have the following qualifications:
– 3+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the game/IT field
– Proven experience in implementing recruitment plans, building candidate pipelines, and conducting the hiring process
– Demonstrated various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) to identify qualified candidate profiles
– English proficiency (both written and spoken);
– Strong customer mindset and collaboration skills;
– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
– Be creative, imaginative, and original;
– Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly.

How you will contribute to our company
* Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the HR Manager. You will take responsibility for the full life cycle of talent acquisition activities in our company, work with our stakeholders to maintain and develop a good talent pipeline for our recruitment needs. Main activities can be listed below:
– Handle business hiring requests through geography (HCM, DN, HN, Europe, Southeast Asia…)
– Carry out the recruitment process from working with different stakeholders to define the needs, creating and posting Job Ads on the right channels, sourcing and selecting the right candidates, coordinating the test if any and interviews for assigned open positions
– Continuously build our active and passive candidate pipelines and nurture long term relationships with potential future candidates, to enlarge the Talent Pool
– Do research on the market and competitors, Understand external talent market movement and collect useful information to have a proper recruitment plan and program.
– Collaborate in the development of strategy and best practices aiming at efficient hiring for senior, managerial positions and positions requiring specific competencies
– Coordinate/ join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events (job fairs, seminars, university relations, networking) to promote employer branding and talent acquisition
